This modern-looking hiking shoe from our Light Hiking series impresses with its supple, grippy Vibram Frog Grip sole and cushioning 3D memo foam in the lining and individual insole. Terracare Upper Constructed using eco-friendly Terracare leather, the Mercury III is a light and stable whilst giving you the protection of any hiking shoe. The Terracare leather has been uniquely produced using state-of-the-art methods with minimal water use and electricity which has been used to construct this shoe is from renewable energy sources showing. This soft Terracare leather has been given a GORE-TEX finish, making this shoe completely waterproof, whilst being waterproof this shoe is also breathable allowing sweat to escape through the tongue keeping your feet well insulated as well as cool and dry. Furthering the waterproofing on the shoe is the elastic GORE-TEX tongue construction ensuring that water can't get in from the top either keeping all parts of your feet well protected.
